Dean Hollisey-Mansfield’s journey in the accounting profession began in 2008, when he founded Aces Accountancy Services alongside his father, Ron Mansfield. Under the a well known highstreet franchise model, Dean and Ron built a highly respected local practice, successfully launching two thriving branches in Collier Row and Hornchurch, Essex. Their focus on personal service, trust, and long-term client relationships quickly became the hallmark of the Aces name.

Following the pandemic, Dean expanded his vision and launched Aces Accounts and Taxation Ltd in Brentwood, Essex, in 2021. The practice flourished, earning industry recognition as an award-winning firm in 2023 and a finalist again in 2025.

In 2024, Dean continued this growth with the opening of a high-street branch on Ongar High Street, building a strong professional team committed to delivering quality and transparency in every aspect of the service.

In 2025, Dean’s father, business partner, and mentor, Ron Mansfield, sadly passed away. Determined to honour Ron’s legacy and continue the work they began together, Dean returned to the original family business. Together with long-standing colleague Tracy Askew, he unified and rebranded the expanding team under the original name: Aces Accountancy Services Limited.

Today, Dean leads a large, experienced, and dedicated team with a clear mission: to protect and support their clients as if they were family, maintain the values upon which Aces was founded, and continue the legacy that Ron helped create. Under Dean’s leadership, Aces Accountancy Services Limited remains committed to providing reliable, forward-thinking, and relationship-driven accounting and tax services across Essex and beyond.
